Booking rules

1. We take bookings around the clock by phone +38 (096) 743-73-23, +38 (095) 235-98-68, by e-mail booking@thehostel.com.ua or through the form on this site.
2. After you send a request, a receptionist calls you back to confirm the dates and room type.
3. If your arrival is more than 10 days away, the hostel may ask for a prepayment.
4. Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 11:00 Kyiv time. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
5. You can change or cancel a booking by the same phones or e-mail. Without prepayment this is free for both sides.
6. A prepaid booking cannot be changed by the hostel unilaterally. Prepayments are non-refundable.
